How long are the appointments?
Initial appointment includes an assessment and physiotherapy treatment which may last from 45 to 60 minutes. Follow up appointments are 35 – 45 minutes depending on the condition. Same-day appointments may be possible due to availability. Extra charges may apply for weekends.
How much do you charge?
We charge medical aid rates. Claims can be submitted directly to medical aid.
Do I need a referral letter from my GP?
No, physiotherapists do not require a referral from a doctor to see patients. We do work with many doctors and other medical professionals who make use of our services to assist their patients.
What can I expect from a home physiotherapy appointment?
At your first session, you will be assessed. Follow-up will include a brief re-assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise and rehabilitation.
